President Kudloo calls for additional funding to improve health determinants for Inuit women and girls and a focus on youth to increase Inuit health providers
With delivery of the Speech from the Thone less than two weeks away, Pauktuutit Inuit Women of Canada is urgently calling on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his Minister of Crown-Indigenous Affairs, the Hon. Carolyn Bennett, to include immediate tangible support for Inuit women amongst its new restart priorities.

Today, Pauktuutit Inuit Women of Canada is reporting on the positive meeting which took place last Friday between its President Rebecca Kudloo and RCMP Commissioner Brenda Lucki to discuss police practices as they relate to Inuit women, and the possibility of creating an MOU between Pauktuutit and the RCMP.
