Pauktuutit Inuit Women of Canada is seeking the assistance of a knowledge translation specialist. The focus of this project is the production of accessible and engaging content on the application of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and the United Nations Declaration Act (UNDA).
Working with Pauktuutit, the graphic designers will be provided with content for two simple, two page infographics on UNDRIP. The graphic design team will be asked to create an engaging visual layout for the infographics, and to provide translation services into Inuktut.
The overarching goal of the project, funded by the Community Action Fund (CAF) through the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), is to ensure culturally relevant, safe, and effective sexual health resources and services for Inuit throughout Canada.
The overarching goal of this project is to enhance supports to survivors of IPV through the family law system by increasing opportunities for family law practitioners (legal aid, court workers etc.) to have access to training, guidance, and resource that support trauma-informed practice.
