Request for Proposals: Enhancing Inuit Women’s Economic Development 

This is an open call to individuals, firms, or organizations for two-phased project: to conduct a gender-based analysis plus (GBA+) research of the accessibility current procurement process (governmental/private) in relation to Inuit women; and to develop a virtual forum through which the procurement training can be delivered.

Request for Proposals: Gender Equality Public Service Announcement Video Production and Photography Stills: Promoting Inuit Communities’ Cultural and Gender Equality Practices. 

This RFP is for the development, production, recording, and editing of one public service announcement, video with Inuit community members from Pangnirtung, Nunavut, and Nain, Nunatsiavut. Script and layout for the public service announcement have been developed through the survey findings and will be provided as a final product for filming. An example of approved advertisement will be provided as a point of reference to guide this work.

PIWC has responded to the need for public education, awareness, harm reduction and prevention initiatives that align with the social context of Inuit knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours around cannabis consumption, and in the context of a shifting Northern health, social and economic environment.
